A dinner, a meeting, a happy hour in the sky, suspended in the clouds? Dinner in the sky is just that and even more! Dinner in the sky is a unique event that transforms a common meeting into an unforgettable experience! Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, aperitifs, press conferences, round tables, road shows, talk shows … whatever you want to imagine around a table, you can do “in the sky”, suspended 50 meters above the ground! Dinner in the Sky is a structure supported by a crane, which houses 22 people around the table and a staff of 4 people at its center: a chef, two waiters and a technician. The event can also involve hundreds of people, setting up a parterre with a gazebo to entertain people while they wait for their turn to climb to toast.
Dinner in the Sky is an event that can be carried out in any Italian town: metropolis and city of art, at sea in the mountains and at the lake, or to attend sporting or cultural events such as a Grand Prix or a concert, a sailing regatta, a tournament golf courses or in international trade fairs, such as fashion, design or boating.
The event is structured in this way, customers arrive on site at least 30 minutes before and are accompanied by hostesses who make the registration and are accompanied first in the hospitality area for a welcome drink and then are accompanied two at a time to the Platform where they are connected to the seats by security personnel.
Once the 22 people are in position we start with a countdown of 10 seconds and then climb to the sky at a height of 50 meters where the event takes place that usually lasts 2 hours if it is a dinner, 1 hour and 20 for lunch and 45 minutes for an aperitif.
The platform that is lifted by a 120-ton mobile crane is composed of 22 Formula1 leather seats as well as an induction plate that serves both to heat the food and to prepare it on the spot.
These events are often organized with the collaboration of Michelin-starred Chefs, Companies and prestigious Sponsors.
